WebTMA Modules

Base Module. The base module provides the full functionality necessary for a comprehensive maintenance management solution including managing work orders and a preventive maintenance program. Set up and manage facilities, buildings, areas, users, security, assets, equipment, vehicles, technicians, and much more. The base module also includes a task library, a basic report writer and more than 200 pre-formatted standard reports.

Service Request Management. Through an easy-to-use web page, requestors submit requests online and receive automatic e-mail responses notifying them of the status of these requests. If converted to a work order, automatic e-mail messages notify requestors of status changes throughout the entire work order process. In addition, dispatchers are notified via e-mail when a new request is in the request log waiting for validation.

Materials Management. This advanced module provides the features and functionality necessary to efficiently and effectively monitor and manage your materials. Organize and track inventory from creation of a quote through issuing the part against a work order or sales order.

Facility Scheduler. This user-friendly module is a robust tool for reserving and scheduling rooms, tools, equipment, AV assets, and infrastructure items such as athletic fields and swimming pools. Reservations are initiated using data entry windows or a graphical interface with colored bars showing items reserved or scheduled.

Time Management. Graphically manage technicians' work schedules by viewing their time records. Have the ability to manage and easily change their direct labor and indirect labor (sick time, training time, etc.) based on priorities, work type, starting time, and ending time. .

Contract Management. Manage outside contractors by tracking the work orders issued to them, the contract history, and ratings related to past work performed by the contractor. 

Project Management. Manage projects by managing the process from initiation to completion. Easily manage projects requiring multiple work orders, budgets, and project requisitions by tracking all costs, internal work, contract work, and purchases against a project. Room Inspections. The Room Inspections module is an advanced tool to automate, simplify and streamline the inspection process for rooms, offices, and areas throughout your organization. Easily perform condition inspections, safety inspections, and move-in/move-out inspections. In addition, automate and record inspection data for later analysis and potential billing for repairs and other charges.

General Inspections. The General Inspections module is an advanced tool to automate, simplify and streamline the inspection process throughout your entire organization. Technicians have the ability to download inspection forms on Palm OS or Pocket PC handheld devices and upload the results for future analysis.

mobileTMA. With TMA's advanced solution for handheld devices, your organization becomes mobile, not to mention paperless. mobileTMA allows your personnel to enhance their productivity in a wired or wireless environment utilizing Palm OS or Pocket PC technology. They have the ability to view and modify assigned work orders based on a secured login, review work order checklists, and post charges, parts, or labor.

cellularTMA. With TMA's advanced solution for cellular phones, your organization becomes mobile, not to mention paperless. cellularTMA allows your personnel to enhance their productivity utilizing their cellular phones. Technicians have the ability to view and modify assigned work orders based on a secured login, review work order checklists, and post charges, parts, or labor.

Basic Report Writer (included with Base Module). The Basic Report Writer provides organizations with the ability to create and save basic reports with a user-friendly, wizard-driven tool. In addition, there are more than 200 pre-formatted reports that are ready to run or can be copied and modified to meet your organization's needs or requirements.

Executive Dashboard. The Executive Dashboard furnishes decision makers with real-time access to the critical information necessary to make more timely data-driven decisions. These configurable screens display your personalized Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in various formats including tables, charts, graphs, and digital gauges.

Key Management. Key Management provides the ability to efficiently and effectively manage vital security information concerning key holders and key access. This advanced tool provides the ability to track key information on both areas and the movement of keys held by individuals. Easily tracks current information on keys and cylinders for rooms, equipment, vehicles, entities, tools, and other assets.
